I read when I’m stressed. It helps to calm my nerves and allows me to focus on other things. What I love about blog posts, is that most of them are quick to read and contain insightful information. So this brings me to the list of my favorite blogs!
The Every Girl
The Every Girl is a collective space that everyone should visit. This extensive blog covers everything from career and money to beauty and fitness. There many topics covered so there’s always something to read. I’ve often found inspiration within the articles there so I recommend a good peruse through the pages. Their post on Fall 2019 Fashion Trends has gotten me excited all over again for the change in seasons!
Daisy Butter
Michelle’s beautiful blog has been something I’ve been following for a while. She writes lifestyle posts that resonate with me. Her photographs always suck me in as well. Michelle always writes thoughtfully and that’s something I need to improve on myself. What I admire in her, is her ability to take from the heart and translate that into written word. Her posts are often powerful and insightful too. I get excited when I see an update on her page. I particularly love her Sundaze series because it can’t get more personal that this!
DIY Photography
This is another collective work all about photography. The topics go all over the place, ranging from tech to gossip about current events on photography related ideas. They currently have an interesting article about photographers who were caught cheating. The blog always has interesting and cool stories shared on it so I visit it often.
The Glitter Guide
Another collective that covers a ton of topics, the Glitter Guide is the perfect place for some tasty tidbits of information. My favorite posts there are the lists that recommend new things to try. Their post on 5 Reasons You’ve Lost Your Creative Mojo allowed me to think about why I felt so uncreative. My Dutch lessons were draining me of my creativity. I couldn’t find the energy to cope.
The wonderful thing about the internet is that there’s so much to see and do. These are my current favorite blogs and I hope that I can discover some more new and unique spaces soon!
